Titan black(s) are def better than the 290x/ 295x2. Raw fps wise yes, price no. But holy jesus

295x2 and 290x CFX is basically the same +-5fps

Not at all actually. Sure, stock it might be the same. But the 295X2 has WATER COOLING which means it will own the shit out of any 290X if you overclock it (and oh boy they OC nicely). Also, two 290X will throttle like there's no tomorrow. 295X2 does not have that problem.
