i ran an h80 refurb for a year and a half worked great i would buy this if i needed this.

Bought an H100 refurb a while back, replaced it four times, and then finally returned it myself...

 

Refurb H100's are touchy.

That's nice. All I'm saying is that it's a risk because a lot of the time they are ex-mining cards. I didn't mean 100% of the time. So when you buy one you are taking a risk.

It was a 7870 so im not to worried, it was 120 bucks and i was on budget, couldnt pass it up :)

Fair enough! That is a tough deal to pass up on!

 

Also some cards come with long transferable warranties, in which case buying a refurb card is a good plan.

There's a H80i as well for $70 but it comes with a free GT 620 that you could sell for like $35.

My h100 stopped working about a week ago. My cpu was reaching 105 degrees celcius with it and when I switched to the stock CPU cooler I was back to 40 degrees.

it's pretty tempting but like other people have already mentioned I just think buying an aio refurbished cooler isn't a great idea.
