video problem.. need help

hi so for about 3 weeks or so my compute has been acting funny like when im watching netflixs i cant stay in full screen mode or i cant stay full screen in windows media player when im watching any or if i leave my games on pause for too long the screen will close like the game wont close but the window also when im watch netflix not in full screen mode the bar where the minimize and X button is that bar flash's when watching netflix or youtube for some reason my web browser is google chrome dont know if that will help can someone please tell me whats going on?

Flash is crashing? I'm generally not understanding what the problem is. If you'd list out the issues you're experiencing more clearly, we would be able to help you.

For fullscreen video you need at least a 290x. Fullscreen is extremely demanding on GPU's.

Nope. We need 4 GTX Titan Blacks in SLI. 290X can't run full screen, what do you mean?

issues 

- videos wont stay full screen on netflix and windows media player 

- when watching youtube in full screen the start menu bar pops up and doesnt allow me to press play or stop its only pops up after about a 4 mins into the video

What programs are your running in the background? I'm guessing there is a program that is conflicting between the videos (like a pop up) causing your videos to minimize or restore down. This is not a drivers issue, it is a software/windows issue. Open up task manager and try killing unnecessary tasks.

i dont have much running in the background excpet for my antivirus software as far as i know
