Are the RAM fast enough? Or do they need to be faster to overclock the CPU?

I don't need an HDD since i have an NAS with enough storage. Are the H100i better than the H105? The H105 has a thicker radiator

Okay, i never really overclocked a CPU, my first was a i7 920.

But should i go for the H100i or the H105, the H105 has a thicker radiator

it wont fit in the r4 though, if you want a thicker rad either go with the nzxt x61 and h440 or switch the case of the linked set up to something like a corsair 450d

A 760W will allow for a 2nd 780ti. I would suggest the EVGA Supernova G2 850W though, as it is cheaper, with a bit more headroom.

Looks ok, Maybe an EVGA PSU (your choice), I'd recommend a 450D instead of the 760T, maybe u[grade to 6GB of VRAM (if you plan going multi monitor or 4k), maybe an H100i for the water cooler and I dont know if you need the full 16GB of RAM (are you editing and stuff?).

Why the 450D instead of an 760T? i prefer the looks of the 760T. The H105 has a thicker radiator and i don't need Corsair Link. I do occasionally edit videos and run virtual machines so 16 would be nice.
