possible bottleneck

Hello im sorta of a noob so don't bash me please. Me and my friend just build a computer for the first time, but i think its bottlenecked maybe...

because when i watch on youtube when people use my grafics card and play bf3 they get like 80fps on ultra but when i play it i get maybe 40-50 fps

here are my specs

 

windows 8.1

8gb ram

videocard: Msi geforce gtx 760 2gb twinfrozr

cpu: AMD atholn II

motherboard: asrock fm2a88 extreme 4+ atx

 

Its probley the cpu if so what should i upgrade it to?

ya im saving up to a new cpu and a mother board right now im thinking about the amd fx-6300 maybe

When you get the chance you should upgrade it, there's still a good amount of untapped potential in your graphics card.
