A great build IMO, but I overspent and rushed it and ended up with machine a whose side panel faces the wall because I can't stand looking at it, 1333MHz memory, no overclocking and a huge and noisy case. Never mind.

CPU: Intel i5 4590

Motherboard: Asus Z97-A

Memory: Corsair XMS3 1333MHz CL9

Graphics: MSI GTX 760 TwinFrozr

Storage: Crucial MX100 128GB, Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Case: Fractal Arc Midi R2

PSU: Corsair RM650

with a PCE-N10 for wireless and a SH-224DB optical drive.

its probably noisy because of that CPU cooler, get a cheap alternative like the 212 evo

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

And correct me if i'm wrong, but I've heard something about negative airflow being bad

Yeah negative air pressure can suck dust through all the holes and cracks in the case. According to Corsair, neutral air pressure (same amount of air going in and out) is best for cooling, but if you don't like dust on your components, slightly positive air pressure with all intakes filtered is best.

Edit: Because I can't read  ... :(

How is the case huge?

It's very wide. It's also huge to me, because of how it fits under my desk

If it's too loud just lower the fan speed in the BIOS...

I recently did this, however I when I'm gaming the so very not 'Silent Series' fans still annoy me (they are 3pin fans)

Will do, am currently looking at the 212 evo.

Bad cable management and hardware choices.

Agreed. The memory was an especially bad choice in my mind, as well as probably the motherboard and the case, the SSD maybe, the PSU was too high for the power I'm using, and I'm crying over my 4590.

For this setup you do not need that many fan

1 intake and one exhaust should be plenty

I also recently took out the top fan, so there is just one intake and one exhaust, both controlled by the mobo rather than the case fan controller.
