New Headphones

Go to solution Solved by MayflowerElectronics,

What about the k702 compared to the k612 is there a big difference or are they about the same

The K702's have small bumps on the headband that dig into your head after a while. They sound good but are not comfortable over long periods of time.

edit: I just noticed amazon's pictures have them without the bumps on it. If you can pick up the K702's without the bumps on the headband I'd say go for it.

ATH-m50x

Or beyerdynamic custom one pros

M50's are not comfortable.

I'm going to sell my old earbuds to a friend for $150. What is the best Headphones in this price range. (150-200)

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

What shape is your head that would make the m50x not comfortable?

I don't know the shape of a head? Lol. I wear a size 8 hat so my head is a fair bit larger than normal.

It's a combination of that, and the thin pads and headband.

Are you talking the m50? The m50x has different pads

FYI - First model had 7 bumps, second had 8, current one has none (according to Head-Fi).
