I would advise against that.  A better way to change the color is to use dye.

I was hoping to match the Industrial fans :P

Update - For anyone who bought these fans under the impression they were 4-Pin PWM fans. I spoke with NCIXUS customer care and RMA center and they said they would allow me to return these fans and get a full refund and they would cover shipping since their is a mistake on their end on the website.

For those who are not aware the mistake on their website lists them as a 3pin in the title description and a 4pin PWM in the spec sheet.
