hi guys shotdc here again looking for your help, so this is the thing sometimes when im using my pc this happends

 

so i have to do this to fix it: i go to the screen resolution

then i putt it on vertical

then i go to horizontal again

 

and its fixed.. why is this happening? thanks for the help guys

he has that anlclar al menu blabla notice poped up, like he was hoovering the mouse over something and it doesn't go away

it happens on my laptop sometimes as well, i just reboot it, since refreshing the desktop doesn't help

thats what its happening to me that bar doesnt go away until i do the thing

I am guessing that you right clicked on a program and clicked pin to start menu by accident. Im not sure how you can stop this from happening but this has to be the problem and I am guessing that windows just glitched

see that tab that says "anclar al menu de inicio" well that tab is there for no reason, so i have to do all those things to make it go away

Here this "may" work, right click on any program on your desktop and pin it to your start menu as this might make the message disappear. Hope it works for you

Nevermind you didnt pin anything it says anchor the startup menu, Im guessing you accidentaly tried to move the startup menu and that happened
