Need some HTPC help please

Hi all my names Justin, I am new here today so sorry if this is in the wrong spot or the wrong thing to ask.

 

I am currently having a problem with a home theatre we are planing for a new house build

 

As a compromise with my wife I will be building a separate room behind the projector screen for all the equipment and the speakers will be all in wall.
I need some help on how to accomplish this as I am sure my wireless keyboard and mouse will not work through the wall. 
The other problem is we are in Germany I am a Canadian here for about a year and am having a bit of communication problems.

 

 

 The reason for doing so is so that I can use the computer as storage, player, and web browser when I wish to
as well as the play the odd computer game I have built this recently for such a purpose.

Case=Fractal R4 pcgh edition
MOBO=Asus Maximus VI Formula
PSU=Seasonic 80+ platinum 660w
CPU= Core i7 4770k
CPU Fan=Dark Rock 2
RAM=2x8gb 2133MHz corsair vengance pro
SSD=Samsung 840pro 256gb
HDD=4x3TB WD green drives
BRD=Asus BW-16D1HT
Current Display=Samsung UE55F8090
OS= windows 8.1pro
Key Board= Logitech K830
Mouse= Logitech M310

I have yet to purchase a audio or video card because it will be another 8 months to a year before building will be finished and I was unsure of what would be needed and for the current use the on-board works great paired with the TV and a set of M-Audio BX8

Any help or advice on equipment you could provide would be greatly appreciated

The projector and scree will be in the Fenster room the equipment in the Abst. room

Use a USB extension cable and drill a hole through the wall. Then  connect the keyboard/mouse wireless receiver to that USB cable, and connect the cable to the PC on the other side of the wall.

You could use airHID (google play - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.androidTools.Air_HID_Demo_1m&hl=en_GB) or air keyboard (apple app store - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/air-keyboard-free-wireless/id541873446?mt=8)

 

Of course these only work if you have a tablet of some sort.

Hi Thanks for the quick replies

 

If this was not a new house being built then I would just drill a hole my problem here is it is a new build and my wife wants a very clean professional look.

 

the air play is interesting but would it have the ability to transmit through the wall or would it have to be in the room somewhere?

 

also would a USB wall plate on either side of the wall with an interconnect to the PC work or would it be to many connections and cause a lag?
