PC parts- fps in games?

Hey, can someone tell me how this system can handle 1080p at high to ultra settings? Like 30's or above 40's?

I play games like Crysis, Borderlands, GTA, Bioshock, Battlefield, etc..

Processor- AMD FX-6300 6 core

Mobo- ASRock 980DE3/U3S3

Ram- 8GB 1866MHz

GFX- MSI R9 270x OR MSI R9 280x

If anyone can recommend any better parts if you think it'll be better for my system please reply and also if going the extra $100 is worth for the R9 280X

thanks in advance ! xD

let me guess, you are from australia so prices are sky high.

so 6300 is actually good back for buck, but its minimum for gaming. 8320 would be better but you would need better mobo. that costs  much more in australia ...

Yes 280x is worth it. 1gb more vram, more powerful more fps.

The only big fps killer will be single thread intensive games ( arma, old engine ) or cpu intensive games where alot is happening on the screen.
