Really any 3/8 id 5/8 od fittings compression fittings that suit your budget. I.e. Something like these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0060861IG/ref=pd_aw_sims_6?pi=SL500_SS115

I'm building this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FRktLk

these are the watercooling parts

tubing   http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A9ZDHX8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A15YNZR7YB053N

reservoir/pump combo http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A42X2KY/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A28CFGAEH1L7HN

cpu waterblock      http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005T01B54/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1S9W9A986D3KF

biocide   http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A66HMRC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3JR0YCXC6EG04

i need to know what fittings i need to buy

and your other suggestions thanks

EDIT im using  a EVGA 1300G2 PSU now I think

Everything except the pump/res combo is worth it. I have that same pump/res combo and yes it has worked well and still does but it is not the best and if you decide to make any additions to your loop you will have to change the pump so you might as well get a better one now.  Anything in the D5 line up is excellent.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

This will work nicely if you want the 5.25" bay pump/res combo and this for the tube res/pump combo.

This is just a list of D5 pumps. I use these for my radiator and they work lovely and at the price you will not find better at this point in time.

For fittings you can either use plain barbs or compressions. Pay attention to the fitting size you are  so you will know the proper tubing size to get which will minimize leaks.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
