Cheap Laptop for Web browsing and school work?

I've decided to not go with an expensive laptop because the reality is I'll probably just be using it for web browsing and school work, and use my desktop for productivity and gaming. Does anyone have any $200-$300 laptops they can recommend to me that have:

 

-Decent battery life

-Thin and light

-14.4-17.3inch screen

-Is not a chromebook
