Dear lord for $320 you would be better off spending a bit more and getting the Sapphire Tri-x R9 290.

A single 760 is not suitable for 1440p gaming with high detail settings, you have a high res display so it would be best to get at least a 770 on the Nvidia side or a 280x on the AMD side. A 290 would be a decent single card for 1440p and shouldn't be too expensive even for you in the netherlands.

Personally I would get the r9 290 as it excels in high res gaming. If you do I recommenced the Saphire vaporX/Tri-x or Powercooler pcs+. In terms of nvidia I would reccomend a 780 in my opinion that 770 will be able to run 1440p decently but If you want shiz cranked up go with a 780 if not you should be fine here is an idea of the 770 performs in 1440p

Guys, I think he prefers Nvidia.

A GTX 770. Get the 2GB Palit Jetstream one. The 4GB version cooler is different and performs a bit worse.

Followed by the "Wow I need to buy the OS for a $100!?"

Then "Let's start with the 'best budget GPU' and 'best budget CPU' that actually fits what I think is my budget."

Realizing my budget is a lot less, I work my way to "I think these new games will run on a cheap ass CPU."

Then end with "The new parts launching next year is probably gonna be better and faster for the same price so I'll just buy next year."

mmm ok what other cards from nvidia could you recommend for about 250 euro's? (331 dollars)

Nothing from Nvidia. Their graphics cards are overpriced. R9 290.

I get 60 frames at 1080p on a dual core APU. Ask me how.

You can get a 770 for $330 but if you do decide on a 770 you should try to get one of the slightly more expensive 4GB models as 2GB of VRAM is not enough for 1440p. Getting a 4GB card will ensure that you get the most out of your GPU for the long haul. However if for you a 4GB 770 is almost as expensive as a 780 you should consider that instead as it's much more powerful and would be better suited for 1440p. Another thing to consider is the 800 series that will be out soon. It would be worth waiting to see what it offers before you commit to a 7xx card.

Does it matter? I just gave him my opinion to his comment - "mmm ok what other cards from nvidia could you recommend for about 250 euro's? (331 dollars)"

So what are you mad about? Taking pot shots at comments you don't like by not quoting them. That's real mature

I think you should be more polite about other people's opinions, this is a forum after all.
