Hey LTT,

So the title may be a little misleading. I'm looking for a MMO mouse for FPS games. What I mean is that I want buttons on the side. Right now I use a Razer Naga 2012. I use 4 of the 12 buttons on the side for FPS games and I can't go back to a regular mouse. I use it for sprint, crouch, prone and knife. So my question is what is the best mouse that has 4 fully programmable buttons that is under $200?

Thanks!

Logitech G402 or G502. I can't believe I'm saying this, but they're better than the almighty DeathAdder.

I really really like the look of that mouse, but it doesn't look very omfortable to me.

corsair m65 but only has 3 or corsair m95

Looked it up. The M95 would be better for gaming overall? I could deal with losing knife on my mouse I guess.

Razer DeathAdder is always a good choice.

No buttons bruh

Logitech G502.

Really like how it looks.

The new Razer Naga or that Logitech mmo mouse. Both are nice.

I personally went with the new Naga after giving my older one away to a friend.

How do you like the new naga? Is it worth it over the old one?

Linus reviewed it a month or so ago and it's actually really comfortable. It does look uncomfortable though, lol.

The major difference is the size of the mouse. I found the older iteration to be small, and even the interchangeable side grips wouldn't help with my fingers being uncomfortable during long sessions.

So with this being a bigger mouse, it fits in my hand better and it's easier to handle ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Plus it has mechanical buttons instead of those hard to press membrane keys on the last one. The down side is right off the bat you won't be used to how much less pressure it takes to press the button, so you'll be sliding the mouse around and pressing buttons that you don't want - I did anyways.

It feels like there's a grippy-er texture on the mouse itself too, which feels nice.

Hmm that does address every issue I've had with the mouse. I'd think I want to get away from razer though. About 70/30 in logitechs favor right now.

wait for the tyon.

The wat?

I actually just watched that now. He seems to like it though I don't know how well it would go with the green mousepad and white keyboard.

Play a lot of battlefield but the F key shouldn't be too hard to reach.

There's no "best mouse". Go to your local store and get a feel for what you like. As for dpi, there's absolutely no need to get anything above 3500dpi.

In the end, it's all marketing bullshit.

Nvm hadn't read op post fully.

It is said, that civilised man seeks out good and intelligent company, so that through learned discourse he may rise above the savage and closer to God. Personally, however, I like to start the day with a total dickhead to remind me I'm best!
