All I'm saying is that there are games out there that will be bottlenecked by the CPU no matter how far you overclock even the latest Intel CPUs.

and can i ask something completely non related to this topic? Would water cooling your GPU really get you a shit ton of improvement in performance? (Im looking at the 

Corsair Hydro Series HG10 GPU liquid cooling bracket and the kraken g10)...

Yes because if you're keeping it cool most of the times, it can deliver more performance without overheating. (If its hot, your GPU is gonna throttle down, giving you less performance to compensate for cooling.)

No, it's not going to give you a 'ton' of performance increase.
