Big fan of your show but it would be great if Luke could speak up a little. I usually watch the WAN show while doing other stuff and Linus is much easier to understand. (like in this episode at 39:00)

With stuff like the Jennifer Lawrence thing and a lot of the other news lately it's one of these times where I really wonder what the hell is wrong with people on the internet. I mean, seriously - people practice victim blaming, harassment and generally vile stuff (especially on women) like it's a hobby. I don't get it! Are these people just not capable of filtering their thoughts into something which isn't a complete dickmove!?

It is so cool that you guys come to germany, i'd love to meet you guys in person but I guess you won't have the time, although I'd gladly offer my services as Lukes bodyguard ;) Anyway, I really hope you'll enjoy your stay!

Edit: And Sennheiser's just half an hour drive away from my location! Oh well, just get in touch with me if you need someone to deliver some Eisbein and Sauerkraut ;)

For Linus saying that he literally doesn't go on 4Chan, he sure does assume quite a lot about the content that is held there. Even laughing when someone said there isn't child porn. Not sure where people get the idea that 4Chan is some huge child porn image board.

If you don't go there Linus, I wouldn't make assumptions about the content. I don't even like 4Chan myself, but child porn is not a widespread issue on there. Anything that is questionable is deleted very quickly.

ha ha, love how much coverage those pictures were given. what about the thousands of creditcards that were stolen recently from the homedepot and dozens of other stores since their security sucked.

 

honestly if someone wants to get access to your account they will find a way to get around the security, computers are fast enough that crunching passwords really doesnt take that long anymore.

About AdBlock, I use it, but I try to "like" your videos and show other people to help you out. I just find ads annoying, as you probably understand.

 

Edit: And, I set my Amazon affiliate code link (and my dad's) to yours.

Speaking of the advertisements I personally perfer Linus Tech's Ads over the stupid google ads in front of the videos for 5 - 10 seconds. I'd love to buy t-shirts but I honestly haven't researched the shipping to Denmark yet.

But personally I'm thinking quite alot before I buy something. So that might explain why I don't support that much :/ but at least I watch alot of LTT videos on my phone which can't really adblock in the morning or afternoon. Go Linus Tech!

Hey guys,

 

Concerning your "support us" thing, you should add "1 time donations" instead of monthly subscriptions. Some people want to help, but are afraid of commiting on a monthly thing.

 

And yes, you can cancel it whenever you want, but some people will forget to cancel (if they wanted in the first place) and thus not donate in the first place...

    A good new host idea would be to choose a female that is up-to-date with tech, or has a basic knowledge of tech (with the ability to learn new tech topics quickly). Linus, you even said yourself that Dollar Shave Club is probably be used mostly by males when plenty of women can use it as well(true, but a way to get more women to use the sponsor is by offering it to them which you end up doing). Adding a women host in a few segments will help bring in more female audiences, and could help with topics like the iCloud with the actress'es you and Luke both had little information on. Whatever you do....DO NOT REPLACE Luke. For a FILLER host, add that techie girl that would help you out with some side topics and bringing a gender diversity to the show.

i use a 4g wireless USB modem and i get speeds over 50mpbs... :) it costs about 20€ a month (i think, Im not paying it). I live in Finland and 100mpbs wired is semi normal in residential areas. and even above.

I am of the female type and use the executive razor from DSC. So glad I found out about them from you guys, so much cheaper and nicer than most female razors!  :)
