Newegg Premiere 30-Day Trial for no return shipping/restocking fees

Has anyone ever signed up for the 30 day premiere trial just to waive the return shipping cost and restocking fee, and then cancel before the first payment? 

 

Does it work? Or would the restocking and shipping costs be charged when you cancel...or...

Cancel before the 30-day trial period is over, and you will not incur any charges.
