i only have 2GB usb sticks available, i lost my 16GB one, but i cant seem to find how big that file is
You will need a USB drive of at least 4GB to make the installer USB. You can download Windows 7 ISOs from Microsofts DigitalRiver here:

Then use the utility that @DEcobra11 suggested or Rufus to put it on a USB:
That is an OEM key and you can extract it with Keyfinder or Licence Crawler

You need the 64 bit version of the ISO by the way.
Edit: if you have a DVD drive then you can burn that ISO to a DVD for installtion if you don't have the USB drive.
