SSD or better GC?

Go to solution Solved by Clyne,

Get a better graphics card and save up for a ssd later.

Hi,

I was going to have an SSD as a boot drive in my GAMING rig (sig), and was thinking:

"Should I go for a 760 instead?". In terms of program loading and boots I am really not impatient, and don't really care much for ultra fast speeds from an SSD. Remember, this is a pure gaming rig.

I don't really know what to say i mean the 270x is not bad at all and an sdd can come in handy beside for 10 fps improvement is not such a big deal. Here is much of a personal choice i would buy the card even tho the actual one is not that bad.Is up to you mate

wiat is this a upgrade from the 270 or upgrading the 270 to a 760 instead of a ssd, either way i suggest adding a 120 gb ssd as the 760 and 270 are not far off

Agreed, but mainly because I don't want to see another "which ssd to buy" thread.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.
