power error 41 mean your PSU is the problem

 

so you need to check your power cable connections

 

 

why the RAM brands is different???

 

first off that CPU is just a normal 8350 that is factory OC

 

you could have save yourself some money buying the normal 8350 and you could have got at least a GTX760 or GTX770 with the money saved
