Twitch doesn't either.

I never enter/used it so I couldn't know... I guess it uses flash player?

Well .. i dont know , gifs only play for about 2 secs and then a grey icon appers for about 5 . And Twitch doesnt even let me win .. Just appers a image saying Twitch

This was happening to me. It was happening because I was using a specific DVI port for my main monitor on my graphics card. Try using a different port, or reseating you graphics card.

I only have a VGA port on my Graphics Card but , when i change theme to the IP board it doesnt apper this .. 

 

Im Running 377.88 Drivers 

 

Just tryd on IE and all works fine no random lines , twitch loads , every works fine . Going to reinstall Chrome

To me it looks like it could be the problem with Chrome or one of the extentions/plugins that you may have since the artefact on the first image only stays inside of the browser window. Have you tried another browser to see if the problems are still there?

Try also clearing your cache and temporary data in chrome. Could been a bad image download that got stored int he cache
