No. I believe you'll only have access to 32GB. That's all the CPU will be able to recognize. Besides, that's a 2011 socket motherboard. Won't work. 3770K uses an LGA 1155 socket.

also make sure you use windows 64 bit 32 wont access it :)

and you can only put as much as the lowest # says so if the CPU says 32 but the MB says 64 you can only put 32 in.

And why do you need 64gb of ram?

Pretty sure it's 128.

ultimate and enterprise limit has been raised to 192GB* not 198

I was just wondering not really going to do this.

Either way, CPU and motherboard wouldn't work anyways.
