Asus M5A97 R2.0 and 4+2 VRMs?

I am planning a build for about $1000 (AUD) budget and I was considering the Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard. I saw the VRMs and they were only 4+2. Will the mobo be able to overclock the FX-6300 to 4.5GHz+?

Should be ok, not going to smash any world records.

Will everything be completely compatible?

Yes.

It's essentially a beefed up version of the M5A97 R2.0.

Generally, as long as the motherboard has the socket you need, it will work.

IMO, I'd recommend that you get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead. Performance-wise, the Thermaltake NiC F3 that you have on the list isn't that great. Plus, it actually costs more than the Hyper 212 EVO.

The WiFi adapter will not come up as an immediate necessity so in the meantime I'll have to use Ethernet extensions. I'll need the adapter eventually (to clear up clutter obviously) because I've only got one modem (in the kitchen) but the PC will be put in the office (2 rooms from the kitchen)

What about this? Buy Windows 8 from G2A or /r/softwareswap on reddit for like $15.

Better GPU, more functional case, and an SSD which is extremely important :P
