Gtx 770 Cooler QUESTION

I just bought an asus gtx 770 dcuii lol! Is it possible to switch to a stock cooler??? Is it worth it just for the looks of my PC??? Also will it impact OC performance???

No, you can't switch to reference cooler because the DCU II PCB is custom for ASUS. And yes, the blower fan is generally worse than the custom coolers.

No, DCUII cards use a modified board compared to reference cards.

It is not worth it. The reference design blower-type coolers tend to be exceptionally loud, and are not as efficient at moving heat away from the graphics card. Which with will hinder the potential performance of the GPU, considering it also needs low temps in order to automatically ramp up the clock speeds on its own. Also on another note, yes you can replace coolers on certain graphics cards however, in all likelihood you cannot replace the DCUII cooler with a stock cooler from Nvidia. I may go on a limb and say it is not possible  without some serious modifications.
