MSi R7 260x help

So I am new to the whole pc building thing and I am thinking about gettting the 260x but on pcpartpicker.com it says it is overclocked and i was wondering if i now need special parts to  go with it. Also for the proccesor I was looking at the athlon 760k which is also overlcocked so do I need software for that too.
