i need some help. i go to pretty small school and my teacher asked me for some help with finding some drawing programs for our class and well i dont know a hole alot abut drawing programs ,so i need some help 

 

it can free or not a hole alot 

i dont know what the budget is 

its highschool level 

 

 

 

my teacher has got some far 

inkscape and drawplus

its a much older version of photoshop

Adobe is giving it away. @lutewan , CS2 just means it's an older version, since it's old, they don't need it anymore so it's free.

i dont think getting 16 profiles for the school to download it is not a good idea

No no...first of all any Gawker family site besides Jalopnik is not a good source for anything other than clickbait, sensationalism, or spin. Second, the license hasn't changed, they didn't claim it to be free, they just didn't keep up the activation server. This is important for any educational or professional institute to follow the licensing.
