Overclocking RAM has little to no effect on gaming (I'm assuming that's what you're doing) unless you're using an APU. Both sticks are guaranteed to overclock to 2133MHz and honestly you don't really need anything faster than 1600MHz (CL9) for gaming but it doesn't really matter.
With such a small price difference you might as well go for the one that looks better.
