Cooler Master Nepton 140 mounting

I have a proble with the mounting.Seems that these (marked red)  are on the way so to speak.The plate is going to be little crooked.Even if tighten the plate,is it going to hurt the parts underneath the plate?

The green soft side of the backplate (as seen in the picture) needs to be facing the back of the motherboard. Then it should not touch those components.

So basically flip the bracket and put it right on the back of the motherboard in the picture.
