mouse is bugging out.

So, I've had my cyborg rat 5 mouse for about a year and a half now(got a killer deal on it in a local store $60 off at the time) and I've used it extensively since.

 

Today i was playing a game and it started taking 2-4 clicks till it would register and fire a round.

After this it was happening everywhere, and it took my about 20 clicks to start writing this.

 

Is it time for a new mouse, or is there something wrong with software, or is it fixable?

 

If i must get a new one, anyone have any suggestions?

 

 

update: it has stopped doing it in Google chrome, as much(1 click extra every once in a while) but i haven't tried in game again.

ill see if there is a update.

how do i clean the rat5? there appears to be no way to open it.

Compressed air in the cracks? Usually there are small screws on the bottom of mice...

ive just updated drivers, and it appears to have stoped in chrome, but ill see about ingame.
