Need budget, location, which motherboard (if you already have one).

about 1200€,Finland(europe), and no motherboard

Do you need peripherals, monitor or OS?

Edit: Note if you plan to SLI in the future then I recommend getting the EVGA G2 750W instead of the CS550M

Does that need to include a mATX case (and if so, mid tower or mini tower mATX?) or is the 300R just fine?

If you do not plan to SLI then it is perfectly fine.
