4K? or 1440p Gsync? again...

Hey guys,

 

First post here, I know it's been asked a million times, but I am torn between choosing a monitor to upgrade to. 

 

My system;

 

i5 4690k

16gb corsair dominator plat 1866's

1 gtx 780ti matrix platinum 

 

I plan to sli the 780ti's and watercool down the track, but I'm not sure should i settle for 1440p or gear up to 4k gaming?

 

mainly use the computer for browsing and gaming, 

some monitor's I have been looking at are:

asus PG278G (Swift)

LG 34UM95-P

asus PB287Q

 

there is still a wait on the Swift in Australia atm, so I have a couple weeks to decide, but if you were to choose which one and why?

Or should i wait and get something down the track?

If you're happy with the PG278Q and it's price tag, then get it, don't bother with 4K yet.

As someone who has tried SLI 780ti's for 4K, I would stick with 1440p at the moment. If you're able to afford a G-Sync 1440p monitor I think that'd be the best option for you.
