Hey there

So I've been having this problem for a while now where the volume randomly goes down by itself (Definitely sownds lower, but the system volume value doesn't change) and the only way to solve it is to unplug and plug the headphones or speakers. Sometimes it doesn't work so I have to do it like 2 or 3 times.

I think it's because the motherboard jack is not working properly, so I was wondering if there was a way to change the function of the jacks to use another one as audio output since I'm not using the microphone or line jacks.

My motherboard is an Asus M4A78LT

Thanks

you will need to get a sound card then unfortunately

AMP/DAC. Never sound card, please.

What do they know of England, who only England know?
