I'm looking to build a computer in around a couple weeks and I want it to be able to do heavy gaming at decently high settings along with light livestreaming/light-medium editing that'll perform decently well for around $650 including the OS Disk + before in mail-in rebates. I know it's quite tight but some push-pulls may be able to be made with it.

I already have a keyboard+mouse+monitor

I live in the United States in Ohio.

I'm looking to upgrade

1. Been using a cheap laptop to try and game (GMod, CSGO, LoL, Runescape etc.)

2. Going off to college within the year and will more than likely need it for college.

Thank you :D

*EDIT; I know about G2A and the software swap for windows 8.1 keys and stuff, but that's not my kind of thing I don't feel comfortable with it, I'd rather spend the extra money.
