No because the Xbox is a Powerpc architecture and the Ps3 is a cell architecture. Both these architectures are very hard to emulate using x86.

Nein und nein. 360 was wonky with it's 3 core processor. Cell is difficult to emulate without lag.

There are some 'emulators' but they're all scams from my perspective...

Ironically we'll probably get Xbone or PS4 emulators before PS3 or 360.

The "previous" gen architecture is too exotic to be easily emulated with modern processing power.
