Stop my GPU from automatically overclocking

I realized that this is not allowing me to go over the regular 106% power limit that nvidia has set for reference cards.  I also found out while trying to get around that, that I definitely need an overclocking bios.  Could I be pointed in the right direction to get a BIOS for the GV-N78TGHZ-3GD and instructions on how to apply it?
