I'm building a PC for my brother that will be used for gaming and YouTube.  He already has a 1080p monitor, peripherals and an OS.  £520 is an absolute max for the price of the PC.  Could you make any improvements?

If he's gaming you're going to want to put a gpu in the system...

What about the graphics card?

Damn, sorry guys I totally forgot to mention I'm giving him my old 7870.

 

A 4690K perhaps?

It's exactly the same as the 4670K but with a 100MHz higher clock.
