Interesting

Edit: It's most likely due to translation because on the English side it says Shield-tablet and Shield-portable.

I also though it was the shield portable first but because the shield tablet links to an english page I wasn't too sure anymore.

I'm Dutch myself as well and I really don't see how portable gets translated this badly to laptop.

Still odd though, it must be a mistake

Nvidia most likely contracts another business who specializes in translation and in that case, probably wouldn't have understood there was a mistake.

This. The translators who do this aren't from Nvidia. And to the average person laptop and portable can be considered pretty much the same thing.

Desktop:     Core i7-9700K @ 5.1GHz all-core = ASRock Z390 Taichi Ultimate = 16GB HyperX Predator DDR4 @ 3600MHz = Asus ROG Strix 3060ti (non LHR) = Samsung 970 EVO 500GB M.2 SSD = ASUS PG279Q

Notebook:  Clevo P651RG-G = Core i7 6820HK = 16GB HyperX Impact DDR4 2133MHz = GTX 980M = 1080p IPS G-Sync = Samsung SM951 256GB M.2 SSD + Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD

I don't think nvidia would do a laptop they seem so focused on portability and controllers that a laptop with a keyboard wouldn't make sense
