Laptops will run hot, especially while gaming. If you are concerned about temps, a cooling pad might be of use. The laptop should be able to provide sufficient cooling, even if it feels warm. Temps will obviously not be ideal due to cramming components in small spaces. What are your temps?

I should be studying.

laptops run hotter. Honestly it depends on the design of your laptop, and what it is intended to run at by design. Thinner laptops may run in the 80s, where my laptop ones like it run games at below 60. Look at posted temps in reviews for your particular model.

As long as it's within the range it is supposed to be at for that laptop, don't worry.

Notebookcheck is a good place to start.

I'm guessing you have a y500 or similar? Y510p?

From my memory the y500 style ones run really hot.

and 75-64  is the HIGHWAY TO THE DANGER ZONE! Duh duh, duh duh

(and some laptops just run that hot. It's how it is.)

75-64 is not a problem for intel CPUs or nvidia GPUs. If it was an AMD CPU that would be too high, but for the OP it is completely safe.
