Slow pc

I know this sounds really stupid. But my pc is really slow, I can't even watch movies without stuttening and don't really game on the pc but if I did it would be terrible. The pc recently cleaned and it runs on a licensed windows 7. My specs WD green 1TB 4GB kingston HyperX RAM. Shitty Nvidia GeForce 210 and intel i5 660 . I know it's not anything special but i think it should be enough to watch movies in 720p and maybe run some older games.

Try doing a full windows clean isntall.

If your computer is running that badly, try checking for viruses or malware. (malwarebytes and avast for scanning)

Also have a look at your start up programs in msconfig and the processes running in task manager (see if there's anything suspicious)

I know it's not targeted at that virus, but here are some free antivirus and quite good at that.

I had a clean install done a while back but it din't help the pc has been slow since i bought it.
