Help me please!

Hey guys, i need a little help, my probem is that i built a Pc and i have a problem with my ram bus speed, which is cut in half, it is supposed to be 1600Mhz but is 799Mhz, does anyone know why? 

Both of the memory sticks are in there, dual channeld, i do not know why, please help me with this!

Where are you reading that speed?  DDR stands for Double Data Rate, meaning the actual speed is likely double the ones you are reading.
