MSDN Keys are still legit.

Sorry, it's late. IT's NOT legal to sell your MSDN Keys, making your copy of windows non-legit.

The Vengeance memory modules are too tall to fit under the Hyper 212 EVO. You should consider getting lower profile modules like G.Skill Ares Series, Kingston Fury Red Series, or Corsair Vengeance LP.

You can get a better power supply for less. SeaSonic SSR-650RM, XFX P1-650B-BEFX, EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR, SeaSonic SSR-750RM.

You probably only need the standard version of Windows 8.1 - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/compare or more details at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enterprise/products-and-technologies/windows-8-1/compare/default.aspx.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
