Is my GPU dying?

hi. i have been having many issues lately....

my config u can see below,  4770K Asus Maximus VI hero 16Gb ram

 

i have 600WAtts psu cooler master silent pro.

 

now the issue.

 

since 3 days my gpu has been doing weird things. i was playing bf4 and it was all smooth and nice at around 90fps at 1080p res. suddenly the game started lagging like shiz. like only 5 fps and then it closed saying that my nvidia driver stopped responding and has recovered . after that even the windows was not working normal. it was laggy.

 

i thought it was my Boot HDD which is about to die. so i installed the game to the other HDD and it was working fine again. but then after sometime same happened.

 

now even bf3 has same issue.i installed that to other HDD as well but still same problem.

 

what should i do to check if my GPU is going to die or what? 

 

any solution? may be windows is corrupt? i have windows 7 64bit ULtimate.

 

what should i do guys?

It happened to my old 560Ti too...

Crappy Nvidia drivers...

 

What driver do you have? (version)

If it's the latest one, download an older one. Also, when you install the old driver, do a clean installation.

yeah i have the latest 340.52

yea i tried that too, but it told me a secret about a LTT user named Dazza_the_Dragon... something very personal about that user... wait wahhhhttt....

I talked to my 780 today and he said something bad will happen to a user that has the rainbow frog as his avatar.......

All jokes aside, I hope you can get your problem sorted out, I am an AMD kind of guy so I can't particularly help you but best of luck :)

what gpu is it and from what brand? Is it overclocked?
