At that price you won't get anything very good, From Nvidia there is the gtx 750 and from AMD there is the R7-260.

Both will deliver about the same performance, but I would spend more I were you and get a better card.

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

                                                                                         COOLING: NH-U14s/ 3x Noiseblocker blacksilent pros/ Silverstone Air Penetrator/ 2 corsair AF120s

Don't buy anything lower 100 bucks, trust me.

I don't know, maybe an HD7770?

http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Radeon-DisplayPort-PCI-Express-R7770-PMD1GD5/dp/B0089KJRLG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407180214&sr=8-1&keywords=hd+7770

I personally owned one since couple of days ago (I sold it) and it's a very good card for the money.

Make sure you have a PSU capable of handling the card you're buying.

Heres a great $550 build  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GMJFbv  I don't know what your budget is or if you want a mid tower or not, but if you only want to spend more the $650-$700 on a pc you better not be buying a $100 GPU

I agree with that. I got an HD 7750, about the same thing, and it runs better than expected.

"Nope, said the engineer"

It would be best to save more money and get something like an r7 265 or a 750 ti. However if you are willing to wait for it to come back instock Newegg sells the EVGA 750 for 99.99, if not you can get the MSI gaming gtx 750 for $5 more (with a mail in rebate)
