laptop suggestion

hi i am going to enter my first year in the university so i need a good laptop that will be light in weight and quiet and for gaming when i mean gaming i want good performance and about the price around 1000-1500 dollar oh i almost forgot its important that the laptop don't get hot

Any lenovo Y series laptop should be fine...

I usually hate Razer and would not recommend to anyone, but... there new laptops are really nice.

Also look at some of Aorus' products

The Y50 is pretty...well...how do i put this...bad.

The keyboard flex is nearly twice the key travel, the screen is mediocre, and it's almost entirely plastic, except for the frame.

 

 

Did i mention the screen? Because it's worse than mediocre, it's pretty bad. Not only is it very VERY blue, but it also has so much flex, it's ridiculous

 

4/10 would not buy

go for the asus ROG G56 line...
