Pictures or Video?

so i was just wondering what you guys prefer for build logs. do you like having static pictures with description or short videos for better visualization?

Videos for sure, show it in a much better light.

I personally don't care but there needs to be something visual to really enjoy the build log

Both, some things don't necessarily need a video, can look better in a static image and can help to draw focus on a particular part but if there are special techniques used, something that is best shown from multiple angles or motion involved (duh ) videos are better. Personally I like to see a video of the final product too because it gives you better perspective on how everything comes together as you move around it.
