Drive Appeared After Reinstall

Right click to My Computer click on manage

then Click to Disk Management 

Right Click to E Drive you want to hide and click Change Drive Letter And Path

Click on Remove.

Hello, so I got an ssd and wanted to reinstall windows. So I took my old HDD and put it in after the install and now I have a drive called System Reserved. I don't know what it is or why it is there. Any help will be appreciated.
