Define best. It could still be high performance and way cheaper. I don't think you can have the H100i and an optical drive in top at the same time either.

a Titan Z will make lots of noise and heat and possibly affect the performance of the CPU.

a r9 295x2 would probably be better in an itx case, and the fan could mount in the front of the case

 

plus, the titan z is a triple slot card, and wouldnt fit in a prodigy anyway

I wouldn't consider anything the best itx build as long it doesnt fit in an hardon air
