That probably won't work since PC parts are more expensive in the UK. A single R9 290 is >500USD in comparison, so dropping to a single R9 290(x), a 650W PSU and a bigger harddrive will probably work out fine.

False

The PCS+ has been proven to be better than the Sapphire. Cheaper, quieter, faster, better build quality, cooler.

here since i got so much h8

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£236.34 @ Aria PC)
It's the newest Haswell Refresh processor with 4 cores and hyperthreading, and overclocks like a champ. It will do great for gaming as well as editing video.

be quiet! is a german based company so their coolers are cheaper in Europe. They make very high quality products, like the Dark Rock series of CPU coolers.

Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£105.56 @ Scan.co.uk)
This is a basic motherboard with not too many frills. Yes, it has all the Haswell Refresh stuff, and it can OC your CPU, but other than that it's very basic.

This is the best price:amount RAM you can get. it's 16GB for only 100 pounds! That's not bad.

To be honest, the high end SSDs and the low end SSDs are not very different. Crucial makes excellent products so you can rely on this thing. Plus, it's annoying for Youtube viewers when the commentator takes forever to load.

Storage: Toshiba  2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£52.79 @ Aria PC)
Very cheap 2TB of storage from a known and trusted company. It's cheaper than a 1TB WD blue, so it's a great choice.

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB Tri-X Video Card  (£397.64 @ More Computers)
Sapphire has some of the best support in Europe, that's undeniable. That and it being a good cooler, makes it a great choice for your build.

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case  (£87.13 @ Scan.co.uk)
Watch Linus's review video. I can't say enough about how amazing this thing is.

Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (£49.93 @ CCL Computers)
It's enough. Has good warranty. 80+ bronze. Trusted company. It will work great.

Other: whatever the hell keyboard and mouse you want (£300.00)
It's really up to preference. Mechanical or Membrane? Topre or Springs? Macro keys? What key switch? Omron? Extra mouse buttons? Just don't get Razer.

explain how I am wrong when you don't have an SSD or price on the RAM and how a 3960X is worth 1000

First of all, I did have an SSD. a PNY one. It just doesnt have a price. Second, the reason for no prices is because this was based off an older build that was edited so I didn't look it over properly.

He asked for something to "rip through editing" and the 3960X does that.
