Alright, I would like to have all of these questions answered. Please. :D

  1. What is the best airflow 140mm fan? I would prefer black/grey and the same manufacturer as the 120mm fan (question below).
  2. What is the best static pressure 120mm fan? I would prefer black/grey and the same manufacturer as the 140mm fan (question above).
  3. I need a USB header extension. Like a motherboard header extension (for the Corsair Link cable). I would think a foot or two would be enough for it. GOT ONE!!! http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=34_81_250&products_id=31767

What would you consider 'best'? Just pure performance? Silence, balance etc.?

Akasa have some extensions for USB headers.

Balance.

In terms of balance, I would go for NB BlackSilent Pros (I swear by these fans now) both for 140mm and 120mm. They're not AF or SP in particular, but they perform well all round, while being near silent and not costing a stupid amount of money.

I would actually go with the noctua redux line this time. You could get away with some noiseblocker blacksilent pro. But having both static pressure and airflow fans that are silent is very rare.

Since I despise Noctua's naming, would you mind picking out the best ones? :D

Yes, I recently switched my fans from Corsair SP120s and the difference in sound is amazing. You can barely hear them at full RPM and they perform pretty well.

For some stupid reason, I can't find the fans. Mind giving me the links to the 140's and 120's? Please? ;)

Sigh, i am  bequiet fanboy, but i would say for your 140 mm airflow fans you have the choice between various NF P14s models. I would go for the 1200 rpm (3 pin or PWM) as they are the balance between airflow and noise.

For your 120 mm fans you don't have much of a choice in the redux lineup. The only fans they got are not really static pressure optimized, so i would cancel noctua from the list, at least their redux lineup.

Go with noiseblocker, lol. :D

who cares...

Their Pure wings 2 are almost radiator friendly but they don't have a square frame and only 1.25 mmH2O. bequiet used to make square framed fans with 1.5+ mmH2O  but somebody decided to stop making them. :(

Also on you current poll: the Af 140mm are all earbleed, no matter what model. Mine was making motor noises at all voltages, not to mention the ratteling.

Edit: it did look nice though! :D

There is of the 120mm (PL-3 I think) Not sure about the 140mm.

Honestly though, the 120mm is so quiet you don't really need a PWM one, they're pretty much silent at 100%

Only reason I would need a PWM 120mm is that it will be on my radiator.

EDIT: I did find one. http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12692/fan-826/Noiseblocker_NB-BlackSilentPro_PLPS_120mm_x_25mm_Ultra_Quiet_PWM_Fan_-_600-1500_RPM_-_8-24_dBA.html
